š Sharks + Reptiles Arrive in Westchester This Weekend
Don't worry, it's our most family-friendly edition yet. Plus, a Giveaway!

Hello, Westchester!
Quick check-in for the parents⦠especially those who went ācamp lightā like us⦠you hanging in there? Has bedtime vanished and is a snack now just⦠a donut? Or is that just us? And to the extended family members whoāve been recruited ā you're still speaking to us, right?
This weekend might be the most PG one weāve seen in ages ā so much to do with the family. But if you need an escape, weāve got some festival tickets with your name on them.
Hang in there⦠core memories are being made. (Right?)

š” Where the Heart Isā¦
Incredible homes are listed in Westchester every week. Hereās one that caught our eyeā¦
25 Summit Avenue | Rye, NY | $2,850,000
Listed by Compass Greater NY, LLC
![]() | ![]() |
25 Summit Avenue in Rye is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.1 bathroom colonial with just under 5,000 recently renovated square feet. The open floor plan and high ceilings would allow you to quickly and easily navigate away from your stunning, modern chefās kitchen and out the front door for the short walk to downtown Ryeās vibrant restaurant scene when you donāt feel like cooking.
Listed at $2,850,000, the $590 price per square foot is actually $100 lower than the median square foot price in Rye⦠so possibly some good value here and, given the interest level on Zillow in the first week on market, people seem to agree!
