Hello, Westchester!
We hope that you all came out of this week dry and unscathed, and that we can bring you some light relief heading into this weekend. There are a lot of really great events for all ages - the kind that make the younger ones happy while the older ones (us) are enjoying ourselves! And not just in the ‘I’m having fun, if they’re having fun’ kinda way.
Oh, and it’s National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, if you needed an excuse…
By the way, we really do love hearing from you - whether it’s a comment on the content, an ask, or a recommendation… don’t be shy!
Happy planning,
Wes+Bec

🏡 Where the Heart Is…
Incredible homes are listed in Westchester every week. Here’s one that caught our eye…
14 Chesterfield Road | Scarsdale, NY | $2,850,000
Listed by Compass Greater NY, LLC

14 Chesterfield Road in Scarsdale is a 3,500 sq. ft. red brick Colonial in Fox Meadow's coveted neighborhood that puts you steps from the train station, top schools, tennis courts and dangerously close to Enrico’s bakery in Hartsdale. It ticks every box… including the white pastry one with red & white string.
The main level flows around a gourmet kitchen loaded with high-end appliances, opening through French doors to a private backyard featuring a 12' x 25' pool and mature landscaping. With five bedrooms spread across three levels and a finished basement complete with home theater and craft area, this house has more specialized rooms than most people have hobbies. Skip the renovation headaches and jump straight to hosting.
