💗 Loving Westchester's Christmas Special: Lights, Laughs & Lore

Plus, a Christmas week update of Santa's appearances for those last minute asks!

Happy Holidays Westchester,

There seems to be two types of people; those who have had their gifts wrapped for the past month and the tree up even longer, and those who would use up any time remaining each year to grab ‘one more thing’ and then face the onerous task of making it all look good. I’ve a sneaking suspicion the latter were also the kids who crammed in school and took every minute an exam allowed. No matter how we try to be the first lot, we always find ourselves as the second.

Whatever you’re doing on Thursday, may it be filled with laughter and the promise of great days to come.

And here’s hoping whichever lot you fall into you find the time to enjoy it, and each other.

Happy Christmas friends,

Bec+Wes

🏡 Where the Heart Is

Incredible homes are listed in Westchester every week. Here’s one that caught our eye…

Listed by Douglas Elliman Real Estate

6 Douglas Drive is a light-filled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,388 square foot colonial on 0.46 acres in a peaceful Katonah cul-de-sac. Built in 1980 and hitting the market for the first time, the home offers an easy flow for both daily life and entertaining: a living room with wood-burning fireplace, formal dining room with bay window, eat-in kitchen with granite counters and deck access, and a family room that opens to the private outdoor space. Recent updates include new roof, new above-ground oil tank, and fresh paint throughout. Walking distance to elementary school and Katonah Park amenities.

The home is 3 minutes to Katonah's Metro-North Station (approximately 1-hour express to Grand Central), 3 minutes to Blue Dolphin for your Italian fix & 5 minutes to summertime hotspot, King Kone. Access Bedford's excellent schools in a Katonah setting.
