💗 Labor Day Weekend: Your Summer Send-Off Starts Here

Balloons at dawn. Burgers at noon. Music, markets, and memories made before September even arrives.

Happy Friday, Westchester!

How is it the last one of August?! It’s bittersweet, isn’t it? Fall is so amazing around these parts, and getting back to routine wouldn’t hurt, but we’ve truly been having a blast with you, digging into as much summer lovin’ as possible! Meteorologically speaking, September 1 traditionally sees off summer, however, for those not quite ready, you can stick to the astronomical calendar and go with September 22, the autumnal equinox!

We know many of you are away or busy this weekend, but for those with blanks to fill, we’ve a ton of options for you! Plus, don’t forget, Kel’s Burger Fest is tomorrow and if you’re reading this pre noon on Friday, then you still have a chance for those VIP tickets! Just respond to this email and say ‘Good Burger’ to enter.

Whatever you do this weekend, whether it’s dancing on the boardwalk, relaxing at a flea market or desperately seeking those last school bits, we hope you find some joy and laughter, and maybe a moment of peace!

sorry, too much K-Pop Demon Hunters here. This weekend marks the 34th annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival up in Dutchess County and, fingers crossed, the weather should allow for the 120+ expected balloon flights to depart with fireworks, live music, food trucks and family games to top it all off. It’s a magical one we’ve experienced ourselves and hope to again this year!

🏡 Where the Heart Is

Incredible homes are listed in Westchester every week. Here’s one that caught our eye

Listed by Julia B Fee Sothebys Int. Rlty

14 Ridgecrest East is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,168 square foot Cape Colonial set in the exclusive Greenacres neighborhood of Scarsdale. It’s all about location here
Scarsdale is a regular atop the lists of “wealthiest towns in America” and this home is the only active listing under $2m in Greenacres with its very highly rated school system. The modern finishes and flow inside the house open out to a short walk to schools and the Hartsdale train station.

Listed at $1,699,000, the home comes in at $536 per square foot, $68 less than the median list price in Greenacres. Based on Zillow views and saves, early interest seems very high for this one so if you’re in the market and want some extremely wealthy neighbors and great schools, check it out!
