š” Drew Barrymore Lists Harrison Estate & Westchester SC Faces a Top MLS Club
David Sedaris humors the Paramount and we go Way, Way Back with a film producer in Bedford
Hello, Westchester!
We hope you had a lovely Easter/spring break, however it looked for you, and that you managed to take moments out to enjoy yourself! For us, there was the usual schedule chaos, some chocolate for breakfast, and dance parties between work calls but ultimately we found a lovely amount of time to truly be together.
When we werenāt out and about around Westchester, and a few trips beyond that we canāt wait to share with you, we were at home taking it in through the TV series, āYour Friends & Neighborsā. If youāve been watching, youāll recognize more than a few familiar spots⦠Rye, Harrison, Briarcliff... Itās always a bit of fun seeing home on screen, and the second season just dropped!
Speaking of neighbors, weāve got a couple of new ones on the horizon. Maman is opening its first Westchester location in Rye in the coming months (yay), taking over the former Snackery space, and Drew Barrymoreās Harrison estate has hit the market⦠which likely means a new, very interesting resident could be on the way.
This week, thereās plenty to get into⦠whether youāre still in the thick of spring break or back in the swing of things⦠thereās a David Sedaris night at the Paramount, a brewery birthday bash, workshops, screenings, Willy Wonka, WWE NXT, a poetry festival, an inaugural restaurant week just a short āhopā away, and so much more!
Go have fun, and see you again Friday!

š” Where the Heart Is
Incredible homes are listed in Westchester every week. Hereās one that caught our eye
Listing Courtesy of Kori Sassower (Principal Agent, Compass)

Hollywood meets Harrison! Drew Barrymore's 12-acre gated estate just hit the market, and we spoke with Principal Agent Kori Sassower of Compass to learn more about this rare offering.
Interest has been global - Kori notes inquiries from London, Los Angeles, and Texas, with buyers drawn to the property's privacy and unique "family compound" layout. The estate includes three structures (a main house dating to 1747, plus guest cottage and finished pool house) across five subdivided lots, which can be maintained as one sprawling property or individually sold - an uncommon flexibility for an estate of this scale.
The main residence blends pre-Revolutionary history with thoughtful modern updates, while the grounds offer level lawns, wooded areas, and a resort-style pool surrounded by wildflower gardens. Listed at $4,995,000, it's one of the largest privately-held parcels in Southern Westchester.
The estate sits minutes from Harrison Metro-North (35 minutes to Grand Central), the Hutch, and local favorites Laughing Horse Coffee & Tea and CafƩ Deux. Check out the photos and video walkthrough - they're stunning. Who knows who our new neighbor might be?!
