💗 An Autumn Attraction Blazes Into Westchester

Plus, JazzFest rocks White Plains while orchards and cemeteries welcome the coming season

Hi Westchester!

Well, that weather had a mind of its own, didn’t it? Just a reminder to follow us on Instagram (or Facebook) as we always try to notify our followers if events get moved!

Our weekend was filled with sports training schedules and running in the rain to recommended food and drink places we’ve had our eye on. One you won’t hear us talking about as it wasn’t up our street, despite making top lists, and some you’re sure to see in upcoming editions. We don’t ever want to diss local businesses, so if we don’t have a memorable experience, you won’t see it on our channels. We only recommend those we truly think are top notch, whether through their customer service, the quality, or the experience, but ideally all three!

We’ve some exciting stuff for you over the next few weeks, and make sure you check out the special alert in this edition as we’ve a night out waiting for you and your friends, too!

Here’s to the sunshine after the rain!

🍝 Eats-chester

Rye residents have been given a gift wrapped in warm bread, and tied together with olive oil, heritage, and heart.

Antonio’s Deli & Market opened recently where MKT was previously, and it’s already winning locals and visitors over. From the team behind the beloved Bronx gem Antonio’s Trattoria, this new neighborhood spot brings the spirit of Belmont Avenue right to Rye, in the most delicious and convenient way possible.

If you’re craving a real Italian hero to take home and devour, an overflowing crostone, or a proper bowl of pasta that tastes like it came from Nonna’s kitchen, this is your place. We’ve been making our way through the menu (purely in the name of research, of course). The quality is standout, the value is solid, and the vibe is buzzy — exactly what a neighborhood deli should be.

They’re stocking all the best-of-Italy goodies too: cured meats, imported tuna, dressings, oils, olives, even Caputo flour
With friendly faces behind the counter and a focus on family-style dinners to-go, Antonio’s clearly has a purpose: to feed, delight, and make everyday life just a little more joyful. What more could we want?
